We have an exciting new community in Cedar City.   Trophy Homes is building Stone Gate Townhomes in Cedar City.  The plan is to build 71 Townhomes in the prestigious Fiddlers Canyon area of Cedar City.  

The townhomes are starting at 179,990 and will be 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathroom with a 2 car garage and 605 sf unfished basement.    The townhomes also include a 15x20' privacy fenced backyard. 

Currently Trophy Homes is offering either 2500 dollars in upgrades or 1500 dollars in closing costs as an incentive to buy.   They also have a plan with Copper Mountain Mortgage to provide payments as low as $830 dollars a month. 

There are many great features at Stone Gate but one of the better features is that you will have no exterior maintance.  Its is all covered by the home owners association.   This means that you also wont have to worry about your garbage, sewer, water, or cable bill all these items are covered by the HOA.   HOA fees at StoneGate are a low 86 dollars a month.
