Are you in the market for a new home or property?  Don't have time to go driving all over Southern Utah with an agent?  With IDX technology you no longer have to look at 150 properties before finding one that fits your needs!

Basically you and eliminate all the poor properties online before you get in a car with your realtor.  This reduces the amount of time you have to put in driving around.  Basically what you do is go to the realtors Search Page.  Fill in your desired price range/size/bed/bath requirements and hit search.  It will pull up every home available within your search.  You can then look at pictures and amenities and narrow your search down to the few that are interesting you.  

This saves you a ton of time.  Then when you are ready to go look in person just give your realtor the MLS #'s you would like to go see.  This takes the guess work out for the realtor and saves you a ton of time.
