Many people are currently trying to decide where they want to live. They have narrowed there search down to Southern Utah and are trying to decide which town they would like to move to.
There are some advantages to each and every town inSouthern Utah and you will be able to find a nice home in most towns. Many people choose St. George because they enjoy the larger town amenities. The also enjoy the very mild winters that St. George enjoys.
Another great place to live (my personal favorite as I live there) is Cedar City. Cedar City has colder winters but much milder summers. We also enjoy most of the amenities that St George enjoys but we do often find ourselfs driving to St George to get items that we cannot get in Cedar City.
Those are the two main cities in Southern Utah. You might also consider Hurricane a major city but because of its close proximitiy to St George I have grouped it with St George. The smaller towns in Southern Utah do have lower home prices, less traffic and small town feel that many people strive for after leaving Southern California and Las Vegas.
Anyways I hope this helps you and if you have any further questions about Southern Utah please feel free to contact us. We are always happy to help.
