I am going to be doing something very different with this blog.  I don't believe anyone else in Southern Utah is doing anything even close to this but I am sure they will copy me as soon as they see the how helpful it is to my visitors.  

What I am going to do is contact local professionals have have them make posts about ways they can make/save you money in your real estate transactions.   I am looking for Real Estate Attorneys, Mortgage Brokers, Home Inspectors, Developers, Builders, Title Officers, Investors, Attorneys, Accountants, and anyone else that is regularly involved with Real Estate transactions in Southern Utah.   I would also consider posting other Realtors ideas as well. 

The idea is they build content for my website that is helpful to my customers and at the same time they get to advertise there services to my customers who are all looking for Real Estate in some part of Southern Utah.   Basically its a win-win situation for everyone.  (thats how I like my deals)
