Hurricane City, Utah is found in Washington County of the same state. The land area of the city is measured at a total 81.7 kilometers with 1.39 percent of this under water. Legend has it that the city got its name when Erastus Snow, one of the leaders of the Mormon faith, had the top of his buggy blown off by a whirlwind.
