Lori Brooks is the Principal Broker for Summit Realty Utah, LLC.  She has been part of the Southern Utah community for over 30 years.  Seventeen of these years in Southern Utah has been spent in Real Estate in the local mountains.  Her first interest in Real Estate was as a Real Estate Appraiser She became familiar with the towns in Iron, Garfield and Kane Counties.  Her love for the mountains communities grew as she traveled doing her work as and appraiser.  Lori became licensed to sell Real Estate in the year 2000.  Selling properties in Brian Head and surrounding areas has become her specialty.  Now a Broker for a new office in Brian Head that has been a great experience.  Gratitude and  thanks go to her many loyal clients, family and friends for the support they have been in her career move.
